Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam room. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover.

Payment Methods

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash and Personal Checks with proper ID.

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which would explain occasional appointment delays. We do offer drop-off appointments. A drop-off appointment will usually occur with a several hour stay at the clinic. We will work these appointments in between other scheduled appointments and surgeries. After final diagnosis and or services are completed, the doctor or staff member will call you for patient's pick-up time. For the safety of all animals in our care, and the staff's safety, we require that all vaccinations be up to date.

Heartworm Medications Policy

Your pet must have a negative heartworm test before these medications can be refilled. To request flea and tick products your pet must be current with their physical examination (generally within the last 12 months). If you have any questions, please call the office at (913) 851-2927.
